Chadley’s Game Processing Terms and Conditions.
- All customer’s ice chests are to have water tight bungs or drain caps installed and are free from cracks or holes that leak. A $25.00 cleanup fee will charged for any customers’ ice chest that is found to be leaking and the contents will be transferred to one of our loaner ice chests.
- A valid credit card must be presented at time of drop off and the number will be kept in a secure file.
- Any order not picked up within 5 business days of customer being notified that it’s ready for collection will automatically be charged to the credit card on file and a $5.00 per day storage fee will be charged from that day forward.
- A fee of $5.00 per carcass will be charged for cleaning up “Dirty or Contaminated” meat.
- An extra processing fee of $5.00 will be charged for any carcass that is not quartered upon receipt.
- If there is insufficient Ice to cover the meat in the ice chest when delivered there will be an additional $5.00 fee for supplying ice.
- If paying by Credit Card a 3.9% convenience fee will automatically be added by the credit card processor.
